I'm a life coach who is deeply passionate about helping people find emotional understanding, and peace within themselves. 

But more than that.. I'm also someone who has experienced what it feels like to be in uncertain seasons- feeling disconnected, and unsure of what's next.

I created this space from lived experience.  Learning to be real with myself changed everything.
